"Embroidery turned out better than the print"
I ordered both print and embroidery, and the print faded a little after use. The embroidery came out nice though and looked much better overall. A friend had recommended trying the embroidery option, and I’m glad I listened.

I really appreciated that the pricing was clear from the start. There weren’t any random fees popping up at checkout, and the quote lined up with what I expected, which made me feel like there wasn’t anything hidden between the lines.

"Nice options, just a little tricky to figure out"
I liked that thestudio.com had a bunch of customization options, like plenty of colors and sizes to pick from, which is great because I do like having choices. But at the same time, some parts kind of made me pause and think, wait, did I do that right? I ended up going back a few times to change or fix things, and the preview wasn’t always as clear as I wanted it to be. Not a huge deal, and everything turned out fine in the end, but it definitely took me longer than I thought it would

The minimum order wasn’t a dealbreaker or anything, but I do wish it was a little more flexible. I only needed a bit less, and suddenly I was acting like I had to make the biggest purchasing decision of my life. It worked out okay, though

"Support got it sorted fast"
I had a small issue and expected it to take a while, like waiting on emails, explaining the same thing twice, sending screenshots, all that stuff. But support jumped in quickly and fixed it without making it a big hassle. It was one of those minor problems that can still be annoying, like a login hiccup, a setting not saving, or something not showing up right, but they handled it fast and I was back to using everything pretty much right away.

I ordered a custom item from thestudio.com, it turned out okay overall. I’m probably a little picky with custom stuff because I really notice the small details, but the print itself looked nice and matched what I was expecting well.

The material did feel thinner than I personally like, though, and that was a bit disappointing. There were also a few edges that weren’t as clean as I’d hoped, nothing major, but enough that I noticed right away.

It’s not a bad product by any means, but for the price, I expected it to feel a little more polished. I might order from them again if I really liked the design options, but I’d go in with more realistic expectations next time.

"Decent order, but the wait was frustrating"
My order turned out fine in the end, but it definitely took longer than I expected. I had to reach out a couple of times just to get updates, which was a little annoying. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I really wish they had been more upfront about the turnaround time before I placed the order. If the timing stays this unclear, I’d probably look elsewhere next time.

"Shipping was actually on time both times"
I’ve ordered from thestudio.com twice now, and both packages showed up right when they said they would. Tracking updated like it was supposed to, and I didn’t have to keep checking in or chase anyone down, which shouldn’t feel so rare, but it kind of does.

The boxes arrived in good shape too, nothing crushed, missing, or looking like it had been tossed around too much. So far, I can’t really complain — shipping has been smooth for me both times.

I used thestudio.com to browse around and place an order, it was straightforward. The pages loaded fine, and I was able to find what I needed without too much digging. A couple of the menus felt a little crowded on my phone, though, so it took me a minute to tap through everything. Overall, it was a good experience, just not totally perfect

The proofing process was really simple. I got the proof, asked for one small change, actually, it was more of a tiny tweak, and they fixed it right away with no hassle. Everything felt clear and easy to follow, which I definitely appreciated.

The/Studio was okay overall. The prices seem fair, though I kept wondering if the quality should’ve been a little better for what I paid. Maybe my expectations were too high, I’m not sure. It’s not bad by any means, but it also didn’t really wow me. If you just need something simple, it’ll probably do the job, just don’t go in expecting anything super premium.

"Reordering has been super easy"
I’ve ordered the same patches from The/Studio a few times now, i really appreciate how consistent they’ve been. The colors and size have matched my original order each time, which matters a lot to me because I’m using them for the same purpose and don’t want any surprises. Shipping was standard too. It just feels easy being able to reorder without having to explain every little detail all over again
